Export Documents

• Original documents are generally released after full payment confirmation.
• Document preparation and delivery times may vary depending on authorities, carriers, inspection agencies, and postal/courier services.
• Customers must provide correct consignee, notify party, address, contact, and destination details.

Cancellation, Refunds & Claims

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the order status, vehicle purchase status, auction status, payment status, shipment booking, document preparation, and costs already incurred.

• Once a vehicle is purchased, won at auction, processed, shipped, or handed over to a carrier, cancellation may not be possible.

• ANA ENTERPRISES CO., LTD. is not responsible if a vehicle is refused entry, delayed, fined, detained, or rejected due to destination country regulations.
• After receiving a vehicle, the customer should check and refill engine oil, coolant, fuel, battery condition, tires, and other consumables before use.
• Used vehicles are sold based on available condition and may require maintenance, repair, servicing, or replacement of parts after arrival.
